For the latest 12" release, Abstract Illusion makes a very welcome return to the label and brings with him the immensely talented Dub One (Scientific Wax and Foundation X) for remix duties.
2016's 'Dark Droid Dub' receives an epic reconstruction from Dub One, who layers a series of oppressive atmospherics and thunderous basslines over an exhilarating backdrop of sliced and diced amen breaks, before delivering a succession of devastating, bass heavy stabs to polish off any lightweights out there.
The flipside sees Abstract Illusion drop an equally intense and dark slice of rolling jungle with 'Empire Nation', a track packed full of fierce amen edits, menacing pads and rumbling bass notes, flavoured with dubwise, reggae vocal samples.
